We all want to be the best we can be. In health. In life. In love. And I truly believe we are all fully capable of becoming our best, most noble selves. But in order to do that, we have to consciously choose to be the hero of our journey, not the villain standing in our way. Here’s how we’ll start.
Heartset
Heartset is your Why. This is where we’ll find your North Star for the transformative journey you’re undertaking.
If you could wave a magic wand to create your life what would it be? What’s wildly important to you? What does your personal hero’s path look like?
Heartset is learning to dream big. It’s understanding that anything is possible. Working from the heart means that we’re coming from a place of magnetic moral character and integrity.
Here’s where we’ll also start your process of Soul Rehabilitation.
Soul Rehabilitation reawakens the parts of yourself that have been lost along the way on your life’s journey. It encompasses the elements of love, mind, and rest.
Mindset
Mindset is your How. This is the place where we’ll start to plan your hero’s path and the tools you’ll use to get there. This is when you’ll start taking conscious, concrete action to turn your big dream into a big reality.
Within Mindset, we’ll continue addressing Soul Rehabilitation and also add in Metabolic Rehabilitation.
Metabolic Rehabilitation addresses how you’ll consciously focus on achieving optimal health and nutrition. It encompasses the natural elements of earth, water, air, and fire.
Here are some of the possible transformative tools we could use in our work together. What tools we use and when we use them is completely up to you. There is no one perfect way and everyone’s path is different.
I have been privileged to study with many masters of various healing arts modalities, and am grateful to be able to bring the lessons I’ve learned along the way to my clients.

Conscious Breathwork and Meditation - Your respiratory system, your cellular respiration, and how you breathe function as the bridge between your true self and physical being. Healing requires a relationship with the element of air so you can relax, let go and continue to deepen a connection with your true self and source of life. In our sessions, we can work one-on-one to consciously breathe and/or meditate together as/if needed.
Here’s what people have to say about their breathwork sessions with me:
My first session was beautiful. After I got into a breathing rhythm, there was a wonderful buzzing sensation which started in my hands. The buzzing sensation grew and grew and at one point it felt like angels were holding on to my hands. Soon my whole body felt like it was buzzing. It was amazing. I felt immense love and joy. - Jeff
I first tried breathwork with Dan years ago, and immediately noticed the powerful release of stagnant emotions held within my body. I was so impressed with Dan’s coaching and wide range of breathwork skills that I invited Dan to offer group breathwork sessions for my clients. One client said,
“I released more trauma in one group session with Dan than I did in 20 years of therapy!”
~ Audrey, Alternative Medicine Practitioner
Nutrition - When you’re nourished, you’ll be your true self, fully able to engage in habits and behaviors that support your metabolic health and help you relax, rejuvenate, and regenerate. Some of my recommended approaches include but are not limited to:
Food Mastery
Water Fasting
Detoxification
Here’s what people have to say about their nutritional coaching with me:
Dan approaches the often triggering subject of nutrition and health with eye-opening candor, a sense of humor, and without judgment. I highly recommend this class to anyone; whether you are just beginning your health journey or are a seasoned veteran, there is value here for all levels.
~ Holly B., Food Mastery Client
I had a gallbladder attack that kept me in bed for four months. I lived on antibiotics, did an ERCP procedure at the hospital which cost me a bundle, and lost so much weight that I looked like my grandma. When I had the same attack again, the doctor told me my gallbladder had to come out. I asked him to give me time to try the liver flush remedy. On the third day, I passed 20 stones. Everything was back to normal within 3 days.
~ Keith S., Liver Flush Client
Movement - Having a “movement snack” every 20 minutes is key to maintaining your flexibility, balance, and active mobility. Many of my clients have had a history of being physically active in their past and want to become active again but don’t know how. We can work together to help you start moving again. Some approaches I recommend include but are not limited to:
Active Mobility
Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology
Medical QiGong
Primal Movement
Yoga
Regular exercise is about as close to a magic potion as you can get. - Thich Nhat Hanh
