Finding A Framework For Healthy Living

Today, I'm here to share with you a framework to live your ultimate life – it’s the owner's manual that many of us never got.

If you're living on autopilot and it’s making you sick - know that we live in a culture that’s sick, full of disease, dysfunction, and delusion. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to see that this is true.

We need a framework for healthy living because our current framework for living often perpetuates disease, dysfunction and delusion as our so-called normal way of life. And therefore, we are engaged in behaviors that uphold that default reality.

Over the past two decades, I've developed a real framework to live by that I want to share with you.

Why We Need A New Framework

Let's start with what a framework is. According to the dictionary, a framework is a structure that supports or encloses something else, like the frame of a house – the skeletal support used as the basis for something being constructed.

In my work as a health, healing, and transformational coach, we’re building a new you – reconnecting you to your true self. In order to do this, we need a solid framework to operate from. My framework includes seven elements in nature that we are inherently connected to: Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Mind, Love, and Rest. And we’ll be incorporating all of those elements into our work.

The Importance of Metabolic Health

Today, I want to focus on metabolic health - a critical topic now with rising concerns about insulin resistance and various types of diabetes. Metabolic health is fundamental to our physical and physiological well-being, and it relates to the elements of Earth, Water, Air, and Fire.

Drawing from the teachings of Paul Chek and Rudolf Steiner, I've learned that we are both metabolic beings and sensory beings. The metabolic aspect pertains to our primal body, our foundational metabolic function.

Returning to Nature in an Artificial World

In the coming weeks, I'll delve deeper into each of these elements. What is the Earth element, what is the Air element? How do you relate to Water, Air, Fire, Mind, Love, and Rest?

It's intriguing to consider the state of our world – the quality of Earth, water, air, and even light. Artificiality is becoming the norm, distancing us from nature and ourselves. We’re becoming afraid of nature and anything natural - including becoming afraid of ourselves.

This world can feel overwhelming, much like Dorothy in Munchkinland trying to make sense of it all and find her way back home to Kansas. As a coach, I see myself as a bridge between these worlds – helping you navigate between our metabolic and sensory selves, mastering our human experience.

Join me each week as we explore these elements further. Next week, we'll start with Earth, followed by Water, and so on. If you find value in this framework, feel free to share it.

I'm a holistic heroic performance life coach who empowers people dealing with cancer or chronic illness to find their own path towards healing.

As a 6x cancer survivor, I realized that cancer isn’t the disease - it’s the expression of the disease. Cancer was my body’s way of waking me up. And it became my greatest opportunity to awaken into my own conscious spiritual evolution. That’s why I became a holistic heroic performance coach focused on HOPE - Helping Other People Evolve into their true authentic selves.
