How can you live with more power and love with more grace?

How you can live with more power and love with more grace. This is a phrase I've used as a mantra for my own life - live with power, love with grace. This is why I share that with you, is because I've been fortunate to be in the presence of other people who represented power and grace.

for example, grand master fu

Yeah, I know it's Fu so you can laugh about it if you like, but when you’re in Grandmaster Fu‘s presence, he stands where he can't be touched. The chaos of the world can’t shake him. He's in a state of absolute love with himself and with his understanding of life and he represents that power. But he also represents this divine grace, the way he walked, the way he moved, and spoke with so few words but said so much. That was something I wanted to admire, and I  wanted to emulate it in some way.

So how can I cultivate power, grace, and love for myself?

I thought about this a lot, and grace is a divine virtue. When I was empty, the only thing I had left was grace or faith.  And in my rock bottom, there was grace; the grace of the unknown, the grace of sanctification. Something wholly had to come in and help me at that moment, and I didn't even know if that was conscious or not. But then I was able to follow that divine guidance, and that's what led me to Grandmaster Fu or Grandmaster Tennyson, or various other people that you could Google and find out some information about them (though you might not find the Grandmasters because they're usually in hiding because the governments don't always like them). After all, they heal people and they liberate people just with their presence, so their lives are threatened for the most part. They are brave souls to continue sharing their work with us.

Key Takeaways

  1. Self-discipline brings power and self-control brings grace

  2. Do something you think you can’t do

  3. Help others do what they think they can’t do

  4. Spend time in stillness and silence

Force Brings Satisfaction But Power Brings Joy Victory Brings Us Satisfaction But Victory Over Ourselves Brings Us Joy
Dan Hegerich

I'm a holistic heroic performance life coach who empowers people dealing with cancer or chronic illness to find their own path towards healing.

As a 6x cancer survivor, I realized that cancer isn’t the disease - it’s the expression of the disease. Cancer was my body’s way of waking me up. And it became my greatest opportunity to awaken into my own conscious spiritual evolution. That’s why I became a holistic heroic performance coach focused on HOPE - Helping Other People Evolve into their true authentic selves.
